Festival de la Comunidad is a Community Festival located at Winters Rotary Park. There will be a Carnitas Cook-off, lots of booths, art, live music and a huge children's area, where Kindness Rocks will be tabling from 4:00-8:00 PM. This is a fantastic festival for the community!
