Kindness is taking care of your health for you and your community

Here are some ways to do your part to keep you and your loved ones healthy during the pandemic. 

  1. Wear a mask

  2. Stay 6 feet apart

  3. Wash your hands

  4. Get tested regularly

  5. Get vaccinated (12+)

  6. Get plenty of sleep

  7. Eat healthy

  8. Get Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc

  9. Exercise every day

  10. Have a positive attitude
